Senior Vendor Manager

We are a language service provider supporting enterprise clients with high-volume interpreting needs. We are expanding our BPO-level interpreting services, with a special focus on Asian languages through Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI) and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI). We’re inviting reliable subcontractor agencies and vendor partners to join us in delivering scalable, high-quality interpreting support. We Are Looking for Agency Partners Who Can: • Provide qualified interpreters for OPI/VRI in Asian languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Japanese, Thai, Malay, Indonesian, etc.) and European languages (German, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, etc.) • Scale with us based on call volume increases • Collaborate under our QA, training, and onboarding structure Scope of Subcontracted Services: 1. Interpreter Sourcing & Hiring o Vet and onboard interpreters with proven experience in the medical field. o Ensure strong linguistic and interpreting skills 2. Interpreter Training o Provide internal training or allow participation in our training modules (materials may be supplied) o Support with roleplay assessments and test scenarios 3. Quality Assurance & Monitoring o Assist in maintaining service quality o Implement performance tracking o Support disciplinary and corrective action workflows 4. Operational Support o Monitor interpreter availability o Report on staffing ratios, no-shows, and dropouts during onboarding o Assign team leads or coordinators to manage day-to-day operations 5. Growth Readiness o Demonstrate capacity to scale quickly in response to volume increases o Maintain transparency in scheduling, staffing, and delivery Expected Support Structure from Partner Agencies: • Team Leads • Trainers familiar with interpreter protocols • QA personnel or performance monitors • Clear processes for backfilling and scaling Requirements: • Demonstrated experience in providing OPI/VRI services (direct or subcontracted) • Access to a pool of trained or trainable interpreters in Asian languages • Ability to collaborate in a structured, professional BPO setup • Willingness to integrate into our QA and monitoring systems • Responsiveness and transparency in communication What We Offer: • Ongoing volume of work with long-term potential • Shared SOPs, training guidelines, and QA protocols • Centralized support and coordination • Competitive compensation structure How to Apply: Interested agencies should submit: • A brief introduction about your company • Languages you support (and approximate number of interpreters per language) • Current capacity and scaling potential • Overview of your QA, training, and interpreter management structure • Sample interpreter profiles
